1. What about custom taxes and duties? Will I be invoiced any when ordering from you?

In most cases (But for the most part), you will not be invoiced any custom taxes or duties upon shipment delivery.

Indeed, we have all orders packed in small carton boxes, with the mention "gift, no value for customs".

Though, in marginal cases (we recorded 5 cases last year), a shipment can be applied custom taxes and duties.

Although we are not liable for those taxes and duties, we always offer our clients a partial compensation solution. Each situation is dealt with case by case by our customer service office.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard by paypal.

 

3. Sometimes your support response is delayed, why?

Our company is handling a very large volume of emails on our products.

We will try to reply all our emails within 24 hours during the weekdays.

4. What happens after I place the order?

After placing the order you will receive an immediate order confirmation along with an all order's information by email

 

5. How long will it take to receive my order and how much will shipping cost?

Delivery times depend on the availability of the items you order and the shipping option you select. It takes 3-7 days for international shipping, and we provide free shipping for the most of orders.

 

6. How can I track my order?

We will email the tracking number once your product is dispatched, please check your email box frequently.

 

7. How can I cancel an order?

If you do not want the order which you must contact with us within 6 hours and pay 25% cancellation fee. so that we can do for you.

 

8. What happens if the package is damaged or missing when I receive it?

If your watch is damaged or missing contact us and notify us of the situation, we will ship another shoes out to you once we receive back the damaged one.

 

9. Whether the shoes in site are authentic or not?

As you know, the authentic MBT shoes can only be purchased from authorized dealers. Our MBT shoes are high replicas, but we have a guarantee on high quality that you expect from the original MBTs, and they are much cheaper !

 

10. What is the right size of MBT's?

Closed models are worn tight on the heel, snug on the instep, and comfortable on the toe. Sandals are worn with the heel as far back as possible, the toes reaching the very front end of the sandal, and the straps tight, but comfortable. The footbed should mirror the foot as closely as possible.

Unlike conventional footwear that causes the foot to slide forward with each step, the rolling motion of MBTs drives the heel back.

 

11. What kind of activities are MBTs meant for?

MBTs are meant to be an everyday walking, fitness walking, and general lifestyle footwear.

 

12. Can I wear MBTs every day?

You may walk and stand in your MBTs as long as you feel comfortable. Try to wear your MBTs as regularly and as often as possible. Note: If MBTs are being used as a secondary therapy for existing basic health conditions, wear should be supervised by a physician.

 

13. How do I need to get my item?

You need to show your identification card to the post man when they send your item to your house. The express company will call your number if your address changes. 

 

14. Where are you located? Where the products will be shipped from?

15. Do you have real store to sell these items? or just sell them on the internet?

 No, we specialize in internet shopping only.
